Jonathan This is an outstanding psychedelic folk album -- one in the best tradition of the Jefferson Airplane. The songs are pure Acid Rock yet complemented beautifully by the gorgeous, clear and powerful vocals of Sofia Gabinus, a Sweedish Gracie Slick, only better because less self-indulgent. The production values are over the top, all the songs are memorable and this is an extraordinary album deserving the widest possible audience. Highly, highly, off-the-charts recommended. Favorite track: Electric Sun.

paul rote Beautiful and heavy acid doom folk. Genre crossing , actually genre bridging ! Favorite track: Electric Sun.

Jacco de Boer Wow guys, this a solid and groundshaking E.P. That's because the only way to truly feel these tunes is to crank it up to 11! Terrific, great production, give us more!

Track Name: Electric Sun
Memories, I spent them all
trying to recover
the good in what I saw
in you, so far from rescue

How about a clean slate?
how about an earthquake?

Carry me, carry me further
carry me further away
further than us, further than the true cost

How about a clean slate?
How about an honest mistake?

Carry me, carry me further
carry me futher away
further than us, further than the true cost

No villain is that hard to find
no camera flash is too bright to blind
this electric sun of mine, this electric sun

Given this backhanded caress
why do I fall at your feet?
Why do I fall at your feet, why do I,
do I?

No camera flash is too bright to blind
this electric sun of mine

Further than us, further than the true cost
Track Name: Dirty Words and Gravity
There is a beach, there is a tide
there is a place where men come to hide
the writer said: she'll come around
but the water only brings us down

I learned the lines, I drank the wine
I saw the front of a church, the back of a man

I want to know more

There is a beach, there is a tide
there is a place where men come to hide
I acted the part, I wore the dress
you wrote the entire play but I am speechless

But there is pain still being learned
from every page from every word

I want to know more
than dirty words and gravity

I can't live with you locked inside of me
I can't play this divine atrocity

So make me cry
make me a God with a broken lip
make me a child
make me a coin for you to flip
Track Name: Medicine
I am not good enough for you, but I've been waiting
Among the roses and the thorns for beginning
I have been hiding for so long, I have been fighting
I have been swallowing my songs for you
Why do I write you love letters
on cardboard and sandpaper?
My conscience is this black hawk
watching over us

I am not good enough for you
I break myself in half to be half of you
I stand here in this goldmine with a plastic bag
I stand here in the shadow of all I could have had
I once knew a game of love and hate
of dancing close and smashing plates
I played it nice, I played it rough
but I was never good enough

We met on crazy road
in matching butchers aprons
I tried so hard to forgive you
too late for that

too late for the calm before the storm
too late for gravity
too late for medicine
too late for throwing the first stone
too late for coming home
too late for throwing the first stone
too late for coming home
too late for coming home
Track Name: Magnet
So long
before I knew
I protected you

Get me a car, or a silversmith
just pay me and get it over with
Get me a car or a silversmith
just pay me

Don't let the dawn tell us who you are

When there are no more stories to be told
when there are no more little girls left to hold

Don't let the dawn tell us who you are

Turn, turn, turn my honour
into a magnet that is unipolar
please, please perceive my honour
as it is here under water
a bar of soap, a gladiator
a soft lie, a soft lie told to whomever
